Log lines after encounter is over will show damages but no attacker information which was present during spell cast and during encounter

Currently, the usage for this was intended for tracking of damages in raid encounters after the encounter was over but damages occurred with no attacker.

Usage of the auto assign spell and ability function to an attacker works as a substitute to querying the encounter database.
