Feature Request: if thematic maps contain a Colour-LUT (colour palette), WCS-GetCoverage requests should delivered the results with their colour-lut

Thematic maps, frequently derived from satellite imagery and often of global coverage, represent a large set of data for WCS use cases. Thematic maps (usually 8bit, single band images, e.g. as GeoTIFFs) often already contain a colour-LUT (palette). The delivered results requested by a WCS-GetCoverage should contain the provided colour-LUT. This feature will make the WCS delivered results more useful to the users.
