ABI generation broken for Ricardian contracts in 1.8

Summary from Telegram: Does anyone know how to include ricardian contracts for actions in eosio-cpp v1.8.0? The old way of doing this entailed creating a markup file with the name .contracts.md in the same folder as the cpp file and it would automatically add the contents into the abi. Has something changed?
