Can not load token distribution app with metamask

With my chrome wallet metamask unlocked, and reload the distribution page, throw out error as below.

I once successfully load it, but keep fail now.

the error message in the console is chain is not defined.

Same for me @bytemaster and I'm unable to "Get EOS tokens" through metamask and getting another js error.
