Pagination not updating when filters are applied

Describe the bug

Pagination is not updating when category and priority filters are applied

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Home Page and make sure your total stories occupy more than one page.
2. Change the category from the category filter, but pagination will not update.

Expected behavior

Pagination should update according to number of stories after filters are applied.
