Updating the UI for keeping all buttons design consistent

Describe the bug

Some buttons have a different design on the same page (my stories page). They are not consistent. without consistency, It creates confusion for the user and increases the complexity of the design.

Actual behavior

As you can see in the above image, Some buttons have different designs. In order to make buttons consistent, the 'My submission' and 'Following' buttons should have the same design just as the design of the '+ New story' button. In addition, The alignment of 'No stories' should be in the center to enhance the visibility of the user.

Expected behavior

After making all these changes, The design will look like the above image.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create your account/ Login to your account (if you have one ).
2. To go to the My stories page.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Browser: Chrome
