Categories not displayed on mobile devices

Current Behavior

On mobile devices, categories are not been displayed.

Expected Behavior

Displaying categories on all devices.

@akankshat05 i think the categories and tags are not being displayed as the phone screen size is very small compared to desktop screen size. If you you can come up with a way (better UI/UX) to fit in the categories, we can think about adding it to phone screen size.
