the device discovery section should be moved to "additional material"

thought I could make it work this time, but it's just a lot of material to cover. Better put it as extra material and spend a couple of minutes showing the built-in selectors in the "What is SYCL?" episode instead.

this will free up time which can be distributed to other episodes. Leaving three half-days sufficient for this workshop
