Generate output HTML

What do you think about generate HTML output functionality in plugin - something like this ?

That is likely out of scope for this plugin right now. Perhaps in the future

However, I do plan to eventually add an option to generate the javascript connection (would get rid of this file as an example https://github.com/EMH333/esbuild-svelte/blob/main/example/entry.js). Still trying to flesh out the best API, but hopefully it will reduce the amount of boilerplate for simple use cases.

Maybe… I’m not sure too, just interesting idea for development behaviour 🤓 and there are standalone plugins for html generation…
