Unauthorized Login. Access is denied due to invalid or expired credentials in Dell EMC ECS community edition Any help ?

We have an issue Dell EMC ECS community edition and its not allowing root user to login via web browser and getting error like below - Any idea which file need required a modification Unauthorized Login. Access is denied due to invalid or expired credentials.
