What is the bug and how to reproduce it ?

Hi, Im having issue with one of the motors. I mounted the hoverboard on shopping trolley. The issue arises when riding for a little while. Initially nothing happened, but after a few hundred meters the motor stops and the esc seems to push against itself. I thought the issue was with hall sensors or with a stage. I swapped the motors and the issue is with the same motor. I measured the winding resistance - same on both motors (1.2Ohm). Rotating the wheel manually - halls work the same. I dont know where to look for the issue. I am pretty sure it is motor related. I checked for cold-joints and found none in the motors.
Also, I checked the voltage between the phases with same speed setting and the voltage on the blocked motor is rougly 3x the voltage on the working one, which I think is related to the ESC trying to overcome some load.
