Timestamp incorrectly set to GMT in ADB browser UI

Bug Report Details

Just installed Rayhunter today for the first time on a refurbished Orbic RC400L. adb forward tcp:8080 tcp:8080 forwards to localhost as expected, but the current recording says that it's ~10:40PM. Was not an issue earlier today.
