cc @Tunas1337 -- though this looks like a hardware issue to me (?)
Please run
adb shell
(then in adb shell)
cd /data/rayhunter
ls -al rayhunter-daemon
busybox md5sum rayhunter-daemon
and then send the results here. I suspect you might be running into something that I did too before, but I cannot remember if it simply fixed itself or was not replicable anymore. It was a bug where the file didn't transfer over entirely, missing the last couple of hundred bytes. Nevertheless, it is the reason I added the checksum to the transfer.
I ordered another UZ801 and will try with it. At least QCSuper works ok with UZ801
If you'd prefer, I can instruct you through a manual installation. However, I'd like to obtain as much info as possible to ensure the installer works for as many people as possible :)
I got this from ebay: https://techcoderadio.blogspot.com/2025/09/qcsuper-cheap-4g-lte-wifi-modem-2.html
QCSuper works ok. Rayhunter ./installer ... shows error: Timeout error - connection failure to ADB. Probably TP-Link is most useable device for rayhunting.
