I think it's imperative that users can decide what's the default privacy policy for cookies, instead of leaving this to a questionable self-learning algorithm that keeps leaving green spying cookies, and completely block (red) others that make the website unusable.

It's necessary to have an option to default the minimum of the slider to yellow.
