Privacy Badger prevents HCaptcha from letting users bypass visual captchas

Previously mentioned in https://github.com/EFForg/privacybadger/issues/2764#issuecomment-832367700.

Privacy Badger breaks interactions with HCaptcha, a service that allows users to bypass visual captchas by adding a cookie to their session. Privacy Badger picks up on that cookie and blocks it.

is this still open?

Yes? As a workaround, until we come up with a proper fix, move the toggle for hcaptcha.com to the green (allow) position.

Is there already ways to use necessary cookies with Badger? Because we can just use that process for each hcaptchas. And if not, should we could make one and set up filters. Are there ways to monitor what a cookie does?

I don't understand what you mean by "use necessary cookies". Have you tried moving the toggle for hcaptcha.com to the green/allow position?

I mean authentication cookies and hcaptch cookies and others that are used for site functions.
