Getting bad gateway

The URL in question is: https://congressforms.eff.org/fill-out-form

We send our POST data like we always have but we continue to get the 502 Bad Gateway error from your servers.

Is this URL still active? Thanks for any help!

I got here from https://github.com/sinak/democracy.io which calls this api... and I need a key for it... I assume I get it at https://congressforms.eff.org/ but, 502--

Is this where I would get the key? Is this service no longer available?

Democracy.io still works so does this API live elsewhere now?
