Forms need improvement for people outside the US

All the forms require US specific information, a US address, and ZIP code, and sometimes a phone number, before the form can be submitted. There are no instructions for what to do when you live outside the US and do not have a US address or phone number.

In my case, this excludes me from participating.

Can this issue be closed? There is now an 'Outside the US' button that shows a more international friendly form:

Finally, got back to testing this.

I went to https://act.eff.org/ and clicked on 'Take action', which took me to https://act.eff.org/action/speak-up-for-strong-encryption-rules-in-congress. The form there does not have 'In the US?' Nor does https://act.eff.org/action/tell-congress-americans-deserve-fast-reliable-and-affordable-internet

But https://act.eff.org/action/speaker-johnson-end-nypd-face-surveillance-01f1301a-a792-4659-8217-219efccadf8f and https://act.eff.org/action/end-university-app-mandates do.
