Set up OW Network

As a user I can turn my OW network on or off So that i can control whether or not I share a guest network with others

  • OW network is ON by default
  • Toggle to allow user to turn it off during setup
  • Provide more information on what OW/guest network is
  • Let user know they can turn it off any time and change bandwidth settings
  • Changing bandwidth allowance for OW - we may only allow this after initial setup
  • User cannot change SSID

Need to add more info for host/admin about what OW network is etc. Other items here are done as of first release.

Spoke about adding a tooltip near the openwireless.org SSID with some brief about openwireless and a link to openwireless.org.

May need more than just tooltip. As per OP this is about explaining OW network to user at setup time, explaining bandwidth controls, and allowing them to turn it off (or just explaining that they can turn it off from dashboard).
