Firewall script does not always run at startup

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start router
  2. ssh in
  3. lptaccount -a

Expected result:

See something like this: libxt_ACCOUNT_cl userspace accounting tool v1.3

Found table: total-wan Found table: wired-lan Found table: private-wifi Found table: open-wifi Found table: lantoprivatewifi Found table: privatewifitolan Finished.

Actual result: See empty results:

libxt_ACCOUNT_cl userspace accounting tool v1.3 Finished.

Apparently there is now a fix for this issue in OpenWRT and possibly latest CeroWRT. Will investigate and add that so temp fix can be removed.

This fix may not yet be in the OpenWRT build used for MVP-EA release. Keep temp fix for now and bump cleanup to beta.
