Notifying about software not available for arch

Users on a particular architecture might wrongly think that certain software is not available in EESSI because it doesn't appear it their module view. When a software package is not available we could still install a module that spits a message that the package is not available for that arch (and a link to an issue in the software-layer about where to follow up?).
