I am getting the following error when using Main_Doublet_Decon

arguments imply differing number of rows: 0, 2

Just letting you know I haven't forgotten the question and I am still looking into it. Could you please give me the list of parameters you are using and the general dimensions of your data inputs (including number of headers rows and columns)?
