Velocity / Speed calculations are out

The calculations for the Alliance Challenger are out a by quite a bit for the Challenger (perhaps others).

By making a "racing" challenger, the max I can get Coriolis to is 220 m/s

Looking in game, my usual - non racing, hull tanked, tooled up Challenger makes 291 m/s (see attached pic)
