Add a --trace-on for logging the actual Frontier Auth Refresh request

We don't currently have any --trace-on ... for "someone is having Auth issues and we need to actually see exactly what EDMC is sending in the Refresh request to be 100% sure if Frontier's 401 response is a problem our end or theirs".
