(many files changed because blacked some code)

The only significant changes:

  • src/exporters/cds.py https://github.com/esowc/ml_drought/pull/145/files#diff-30c660e6da41ffc2d9befadde2e4bb31R333
  • src/preprocess/era5 (minor change but important new class)
  • WE have updated the break_up argument to break up the requests by YEAR instead of by MONTH
  • have created a new HourlyPreprocessor and tested it
