sorry for huge diff. The purpose of this PR was to get the nowcast experiment running. The changes are mostly pulled from the other PR (which has now been merged). I had to use some of the functions and at the time this seemed like the best way of doing it.

  • creating the different_training_periods_engineer for the experiment with different train/test periods!
  • tests/engineer/test_different_training_periods_engineer.py
