Change length of tail from 1000 to 2000 for "...\Microsoft\Teams\logs.txt"

I did exactly the same. The log file is filled with nonsense so fast that the status logs are not in the last 1000 characters.

Check out this PR (https://github.com/EBOOZ/TeamsStatus/pull/38). Should work no matter how fast the Teams dumps stuff into the log. It's just a bad idea to "hope" for 1000 or 2000 lines to do contain what the script needs...
