In some cases SubClass relations are duplicated

Describe the bug The 2 examples where I have seen this are:

Notice how part of RO some intermediate hypothalamic region appears twice, once with tooltip and once without tooltip.

Notice how part of RO some nail appears twice.

Expected behavior Each subclass relation should appear only once.

Additional context This may be related to #533 because it was in testing this, that I noticed this issue. However, there may be other examples that I simply not have seen yet.
