Change submission template header text for ancestry

Users typically do not provide ancestry specific sample numbers in submissions. A possible cause of this is the header text in the template which prompts them to separate the ancestry categories with pipes.

Ancestry category header currently reads: Broad ancestry category that best describes the sample. Multiple values can be listed separated by '|'. Example: European

Should read: Broad ancestry category that best describes the sample. For multi-ancestry GWAS, please create a new row for each category with the ancestry-specific sample number (study tags can be reused multiple times on this sheet). Example: European
