Option for users to download abbreviations page as flat file

User request:

I was wondering if you are planning to (or maybe already is) release the abbreviation list[https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/docs/abbreviations] as a downloadable flat file? We would like to systematically resolve the p-value texts (eg. NeckW1rf) in our pipelines. At this point I created a table in tsv as a one-off effort, but I cannot keep it up-to-date.
