Investigate UI modifications to improve look and behaviour of the search UI

Two options to be investigated:

1. Modify the UI alone including server-side pagination, retaining existing underlying framework
2. Modify the underlying framework as well as the UI.

Modifications should improve the look and feel of the website as well as improve page loading speed. The overall search flow will not change.
