SNP validation incorrectly flags duplicate SNPs

The SNP validation seems to be incorrectly identifying SNPs as duplicates within the same study, when they are actually present in more than one different study.

The SNPs in bold are flagged as "Duplicate SNP in study" but that is not correct. They are repeated in different studies (i.e. with different study tags), which is allowed, and should not be flagged as an error.
