Archiving unused data

EBI have requested that we archive any unused data to long term storage. We should archive any Catalog versions older than 1 year and develop a strategy for this process to be ongoing.

Directories from 2021 or older should be archived by the end of the 2022: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/gwas/releases

also

ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/gwas/timeseries (although check the data size which may be trivial, if so we do not need to archive these)

Text on the file download page should advise that versions older than 1 year can be requested via the helpdesk.
