Associations template beta column

When beta values are entered in the associations template, the spreadsheet is formatted with the beta column as text. This means that hyphens can be entered instead of minus signs (a common problem when converting from pdfs) and the negative beta values appear as positive in the curation app.

The default formatting on the beta column should be formatted as number, which might solve this problem. This needs verifying first before development work.
