Add number of sumstats to Catalog overviews

The number of sumstats (equal to the sum of the number of rows in the published + unpublished sumstats tables) should be shown wherever we show summary data for the Catalog, i.e. on the home page

Also the lower summary text should be modified as specifed below

Current As of 2022-11-08, the GWAS Catalog contains 6096 publications and 434351 associations. GWAS Catalog data is currently mapped to Genome Assembly GRCh38.p13 and dbSNP Build 154.

New Implementation As of the GWAS Catalog contains <XXXX> publications, <XXXX> Studies comprising <XXXXXX> curated SNP-Trait Associations XXXX Summary Statistics datasets are linked to XXXX Studies. GWAS Catalog data is currently mapped to Genome Assembly <GRCh38.p13> and dbSNP Build <154>

and the search results page:
