Populate the SUMMARY STATS LOCATION column in the published studies download (all studies v1.0.3)

The all studies v1.0.3 table downloaded from the UI (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/api/search/downloads/studies_new) does not currently include any data for the summary stats location, i.e. the column 'SUMMARY STATS LOCATION', is always null. Studies with summary stats are there, just their locations are missing. This information should be made available here for all studies that have summary statistics.

For comparison, this field does contain the correct value for all studies in the unpublished study table (All unpublished studies v1.0.3)
