DR Issue relate to Risk Allele & Snp for rs36083960

We need to analyse the Submission Id '6317b82037db2600015a836c' which had the studies mapped with risk allelle & Snp 'rs36083960'. This was causing the DR Purge job to fail , currently the study is unpublished when the study is ready for DR we need to again map the study & import

Analysis has been done but not yet determined why duplication of snp Id happens but changed code to make Data structure not accept duplicate snp , running Purge job to verify if the fix worked
