Submission history in depocuration app not appearing

I've noticed this on and off for a long time now. Submission template history is not consistently appearing for me.

An example:

1. Submitted a template for '62e3ae9b37db260001581fa7' in submission app.
2. uploaded traits and EFOs
3. selected 'allow import'.
4. reviewed in Curation App before pressing import. Saw that the effect allele was appearing as eg. '0.33409999999999995' when 0.334 was entered in spreadsheet. (Old known issue).
5. Returned to the Depocuration app and uploaded a new edited template.
6. No template history appears:
