Special characters in the reported traits

Note that these cannot be edited in the depocuration UI as the special characters are not visible there, only in the data download files from the UI

@Santhi1901 can you confirm where are you checking this because in Depo Curation DB I see no traits are mapped to GCST "GCST90091795"

@sajo-ebi This was done before we started adding reported traits in the depo-curation app. All the traits were added in the curation app at that time. In the UI all the traits are looking fine (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/publications/34610981), only in the downloaded file this special characters are visible
