Curation progress reports are not generating correctly

Weekly curation progress is generated via the Curation Tool 'Reports' tab: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/curation/reports/weekly_progress

Two CSV downloads are used (too large to upload here):

• Overall Weekly progress
• Open Targets Weekly progress

For the last two weeks at least, for the 'overall weekly progress' download, several PMIDs have been missing from the 'Created Publication IDs', 'Level 2 Completed Publications' and 'published publications' columns.

For the week starting 20-Sep-21, the following PMIDs are missing from the Level 2 completed publications column: 33723576 - appears in 'Created Publication IDs' only 33143745 - appears in 'Level 1 Completed Publication IDs' only. Has no Submission attached to it. 34506852 - appears in no columns 33713409 - appears in 'Created Publication IDs' only 34286861 - appears in no columns (Found by searching auto-generated emails sent to [email protected] with subject line ending 'Level 2 curation done')

Not all have been imported using the Deposition App (for instance, 33143745 has no attached submission).

The studies columns do not seem to be affected. i.e. they appear correctly regardless of whether their corresponding PMID is incorrectly missing.

There also seems to be a problem with the 'created publications' columns. Some publications listed in the 'created publication IDs' column in the weekly progress .csv have been added to the Curation App in previous weeks. For instance, for week start date 4.10.21, the following have been added to the queue in previous weeks, but have had submissions created this week, and appear in the created publications column:

For example, you can see a study for PMID 34475377 was created on 10th September, by looking at the 'tracking information' tab: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/curation/studies/91662827/tracking

Publications should only count in the 'created' columns once, and not additionally counted once created in / imported from the submission app.

Note, not all publications submitted this week appear in the created columns, eg. 34512620 34122051 33959723 33980691 34497263 34446935 34469433 34472679 34239500
