Replace MONDO terms with EFO terms

There are some mondo terms in the database that haven't been imported into EFO. There are EFO terms for these traits already, so the studies should just be updated to the new term.

These are: Male infertility: MONDO_0005372, should be EFO_0004248 Vascular dementia: MONDO_0004648, should be EFO_0004718 Neoplasm, MONDO_0005070 should be EFO_0000616 Cardiac arrest, MONDO_0000745 should be EFO_0009492
