User request to harmonise files for 28714469

A user has asked if we can harmonise the sumstats files for this publication.

I had a look and they are very early sumstats files (last modified 2019) and are in a very non-standard format - there appear to be multiple models or analyses in the same folder, there are separate files for each chromosome, and the column headers are non-standard and have "Allele A" and "Allele B" which may make it impossible to identify the effect allele.

I have replied to the user to say we may not be able to help. This ticket is just for a quick investigation to confirm that we cannot harmonise these files.
