Manually submitted sumstats need yamls - PMID 38459180

I added 6 sumstats files for 6 studies for a user who had already submitted sumstats for other studies in the publication.

I added the sumstats metadata to the template in DepoCuration, and moved the files manually to staging.

3 of the 6 studies were newly created.

Please ensure yamls are created.
