Update the file_type in YAML file

file_type field in the meta.yaml file needs to be updated due to the following:

  1. Missing the file type
  2. File_type are not in the correct format
  3. Their file_type needs to be changed to non-GWAS-SSF because they are missing important columns so that cannot be harmonised.
