Fix DR issues

Fix issues detected by Solr indexing QC check, which found that some studies/associations have no mapped EFO trait. After investigation I found that this was a result of some manual intervention on some obsolete traits that had no "term_replaced_by" https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/gwas-59df823c4a6feb3786810391/issues/gh/ebispot/goci/1328

What happened is that some of the traits were deleted from Mongo (by me) which also deleted the links to studies/associations of those traits.

In this ticket we have to reestablish those links
