Change file type to GWAS-SSF for submission 66303601f2bba90001c39870

Open eks-ebi opened this issue 10 months ago • 6 comments

This author submission includes sumstats files that contain p-value = 0, but should be considered to meet the GWAS-SSF standard format because the author has provided the required metadata to support 0 p-values (analysis and imputation software and versions, as well as the minimum p-value threshold in the readme text).

The files meet all other validation requirements, so I have pushed them through validation manually. This will mean that the file type in the YAML will automatically appear as non-GWAS-SSF, so this needs to be manually changed to GWAS-SSF.

The GCST IDs assigned to this submission are GCST90428446, GCST90428447, GCST90428448. All have GWAS-SSF v1.0 file type in the database.

@eks-ebi Please check if this looks reasonable.

@karatugo where can I see these study folders? I haven't been able to find these GCSTs on staging, and I think the endpoint has been removed from the private FTP.

@karatugo thanks for sending the link to the right place on staging - I can confirm that the yamls all have GWAS-SSF v1.0 filetype now, thanks!
