Database export to fulfill NIH reporting requirements

Export entire Oracle database as sql dump and share via OwnCloud or ftp if OwnCloud has insufficient storage. Submitter names & emails must be removed for data protection (note, publication author names do not need retracting).

Deadline is 24th April.
