Investigate options for fulfilling the Depocuration: Publish Studies story

After completing all required steps of curation in depocuration, curators must be able to release studies for publication with a single action. Once triggered, studies are imported to Oracle, associations are mapped, and studies are published, there must be no further manual intervention required. This is the MVP.

This process should be triggered from a UI feature in depocuration.
