Prepub landing pages not loading

User-reported but also noticed intermittently by curators. The issue has resolved itself once again, but I'm still creating this ticket to keep a track of reoccurrence / investigate where possible.

Prepublication GCSTs are visible in the UI after searching: Private Zenhub Image

But when you click on it, you only see this page: Private Zenhub Image

This was an issue from at least 21.11.23 up until about 2pm on 23.11.23. Then the issue was suddenly resolved.

These were the GCSTs tested: GCST90274714, GCST90277870, GCST90277997 - from 3 separate submissions which had no particular issue associated.

(Note, the GCST in the GCST90271955 is still not working, but I think this is because the submission has been curated since the last DR and therefore will soon appear as a working PMID entry.)

This may be due to the REST API being down. Since the REST API does occasionally go down, the UI should be able to handle it appropriately, i.e. by returning an error rather than stating that GCST is not found in Catalog .
