Submitters need to be able to add additional information relevant to GWAS-SSF standard in prefilled metadata template

For sumstats-only submissions, users are presented with a metadata template which is partially prefilled.

This template is missing two fields which are present in the sumstats + metadata template, and should be fillable by users for all sumstats submissions. These are ancestry method and case control study . These should be non mandatory and be validated in the same way as in the sumstats + metadata template
