Add new columns to harmonised files list

As a user, I want to know which files have been harmonised in the old format and which have been harmonised in the new format. This information could be included in the harmonised files list via an extra column indicating the version of the pipeline used https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/gwas/summary_statistics/harmonised_list.txt.

Another column indicating whether the study is published or prepublished - so the user knows which table to refer to for the metadata
